Our client is a company specializing in printing and packaging for various products. The company provides high-quality solutions for advertising and packaging materials to international brands and works exclusively with foreign clients. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Sales and Administration Executive – an organized and communicative professional with experience in sales and administrative processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Communication with international clients and partners (in English);
Preparation and follow-up of offers, contracts, and orders;
Coordination of the printing and production process for packaging and advertising materials;
Organization of export shipments, logistics, and transport documentation;
Administrative support – document processing, communication with suppliers and partners;
Monitoring payments and deal execution;
Supporting the management team in daily communication and reporting.
Requirements:
Very good command of English (written and spoken);
Experience in print advertising, packaging, or the printing industry will be considered a strong advantage;
Good organizational and communication skills;
Experience in export, logistics, or international trade;
Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with short deadlines;
Good computer literacy.
