For their brand new Team in the city of Varna, we are supporting them to recruit several ambitious and smart professionals to hold the position of:
Data Entry Specialist with German language (Invoice Processing)
Main duties:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to acquire Accounting knowledge and experience, being involved in the following tasks:
– Processing supplier invoices, matching them with corresponding purchase orders and goods receipts;
– Resolving any discrepancies or payment issues;
– Participating in the month-end closing activities;
– Collaborating closely with the internal departments and external suppliers.
Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:
– Professional experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Junior Accounts Payable,, Customer Support or other relevant role;
– Very good command of GERMAN – both written and spoken (B2 level or higher);
– Good command of the English language;
– Hands-on experience or good knowledge of SAP;
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Control, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another economics-related specialty;
– Proactive and team-oriented with strong attention to detail;
*Knowledge of financial processes and AP workflow would be an advantage, but it`s not mandatory!
