Currently, we are supporting them in finding a qualified professional to hold the position of:
ServiceNOW ENGINEER (HRSD and Workplace modules)
Some of your duties:
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the HRSD and WSD modules, ensuring they align with user needs and business requirements. You will be responsible for addressing routine employee requests, maintaining and updating workflow documentation, and assisting in the development of reports and dashboards that provide insights into HR metrics and workplace utilization.
Essential requirement for the role:
– Knowledge of employee service workflows – HR case handling and workplace booking processes;
– Knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals and familiarity with using platforms to address HR or workplace management requirements;
– Capable of adhering to predefined procedures for workflow implementation and testing, and supporting senior developers with module improvements;
– Experience in establishing guidelines for implementing and testing workflows, assisting senior developers with module enhancements;
– Data analysis skills to track system activity and detect discrepancies within HR and workplace datasets;
– Excellent command of the English language – both written and spoken;
*** Certificates such as ServiceNow CSA and/or ITIL Foundation will be a great plus, but they are not mandatory. ***
