For one of our clients – a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Sales Team Leader with Italian.
Responsibilities:
*Guide a sales team to hit targets and deliver exceptional customer service;
*Provide data-driven insights on team performance;
*Identify, train, and develop talent within the team;
*Lead coaching sessions to improve individual and team results;
*Communicate clearly with all levels of management;
*Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to policies.
Qualifications:
*1+ years of managerial experience;
*3+ years of overall work experience, with 1+ year in outbound sales or telemarketing;
*Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading high-performing teams;
*Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills;
*Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities;
*Excellent Italian language and strong English skills.
