AS A PART OF OUR GENERAL ACCOUNTING TEAM
As a key member of our General Accounting Team, you’ll take charge of managing the company’s general ledger and analyzing balance sheet items. OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER NEEDS TO HAVE:
3+ Years of Accounting Experience, preferably in fast-moving, multinational environments and are ready to apply your expertise in a high-impact role.
Educational Foundation: You hold a degree in Accounting or a related field—giving you the knowledge base to hit the ground running.
ERP Expertise: You have hands-on experience with ERP systems and know how to navigate them efficiently. Bonus points if you’re familiar with SAP.
Excel Expertise: You’re comfortable working with Excel to manage and analyze data, optimize workflows, and create meaningful reports.
Fluency in English: You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues across countries and functions.
Results-Driven Mindset: You’re always focused on delivering high-quality results with accuracy, and attention to detail and thrive on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Accruals & Provisions: Ensure timely and accurate calculation and posting of accruals.
Account Reconciliation: Own the process of verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Period-End Closings: Manage the period-end closing processes and reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
Balance Sheet Analysis: Prepare detailed cost and balance sheet analyses, providing actionable insights for business units, and resolve issues through root cause analysis.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Tax Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of tax reporting.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls (SOX).
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Preservation: Participate in continuous improvement projects, share knowledge with peers, and contribute to the evolution of the General Accounting function.
