The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Responsibilities:
– Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients from a famous brand;
– Perform level 1 Technical support in connection with resolving technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft Office package, VPN, Outlook and other applications;
– Uninstall and reinstall software applications;
– Resolve username and password problems;
– Assist with navigation around application menus.
