
Technical Assistant – Plumbing and HVAC Installations
Our client – a Finnish company with a global presence, offers solutions in the fields of water supply and sewerage (HVAC), heating, cooling and infrastructure. The company’s energy management, heating, plumbing and air-conditioning solutions follow an individual approach tailored to the specific needs of each project. In areas such as climate technologies and heating solutions, the company has developed methods for using renewable energy sources or waste heat from industrial production processes to reduce costs.
For its representation in Bulgaria, the company is looking to hire a dynamic specialist with a desire for long-term professional development for the position of: Technical Assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing drawings and project documentation, bills of quantities, explanatory notes, client offers, and compiling related documentation;
- Skills in designing, reviewing and interpreting documentation and drawings;
- Preparing offers and providing consulting services to clients;
- Weekly data entry in the CRM system – sales status, competition, potential clients, etc.;
- Tracking project deadlines and submitting documents;
- Providing technical assistance to customer service departments;
- Updating documentation, offers, prices and informational materials;
- Preparing technical presentations and technical approvals;
- Organizing and participating in technical training sessions for sales representatives and company partners;
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge in the field of water supply and sewerage and/or heating and ventilation;
- Education relevant to the position (final-year students are also welcome to apply);
- Technical skills – AutoCAD, Internet-based applications, Microsoft Office;
- Working level of English;
- Willingness to travel within the country – 3-4 times per year;
