We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our talented team and contribute to the development of our proprietary Risk-ops platform by adding new features and ensuring maximum performance while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle process. You will be able to design and build modern high-volume and low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust, scalable and efficient Java applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices, and also understand the business requirements behind the code and the needed solution.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure software reliability and quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Java and a good understanding of the Java ecosystem.
- Experience working with Apache Kafka, Git, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and Linux.
- Experience with Quarkus would be considered a plus but it is not a must.
- Good understanding of computer science fundamentals and system design principles.
- Eagerness to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset for tackling complex challenges.
- Experience in the fintech/regtech industry and knowledge of fraud prevention solutions will be considered an advantage.
