We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our team. The person will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions that create business value and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI systems to address complex business challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and actionable insights
- Work closely with software developers to integrate AI and data-driven modules into larger software solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and performance
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, promoting best practices in AI/ML development
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and model validation to ensure the robustness, reliability, and scalability of AI/ML solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively, facilitating informed decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or software development, with a proven track record of deploying machine learning models and AI solutions in production environments
- Proficiency in Python, including frameworks and packages such as numpy, pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spacy, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
- Experience with GenAI techniques, including embeddings, vector databases, RAG, CoT/ToT, and LLMs (commercial like Anthropic, OpenAI, and non-commercial like Llama)
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms (e.g., XGBoost), feature selection, resampling, and optimization techniques
- Experience in applying ML for classification, document parsing, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics
- Hands-on with cloud computing platforms like Azure or AWS
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficient in written and spoken English
