As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Product Owner in our CI/CD CHAMP team.
The CI/CD CHAMP cluster is responsible for the development and provision of services in the area of Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Integration. We provide automated deployment environments, customized delivery pipelines, test automation tools and expertise, as well as onboarding services. Our customers and partners are other software development teams within Commerzbank.
Your tasks:
- Defining a clear product vision and strategy for DASY and Nexus, and aligning it with organizational goals and customer needs;
- Managing the product backlog by prioritizing tasks, refining user stories, and updating acceptance criteria based on user needs, business priorities, and market trends;
- Planning and coordinating sprints with the development team, prioritizing requirements based on customer feedback and resource availability;
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team;
- Analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement;
- Overseeing the release process to ensure quality guidelines are met and new features or updates are optimally scheduled;
- Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and achieve KPIs.
Your profile:
- Experience as Product Owner of a software product;
- Work experience in cross-team collaboration, handling dependencies;
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices;
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies;
- Fluency in English;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
