What is your new role:
- responding to all IT service requests and incidents via phone, email, online chat or in person;
- resolving issues related to Windows client operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, network connectivity, hardware, and peripherals;
- providing support for user account management, including password resets, access rights, and onboarding/offboarding processes;
- participating in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of company laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices;
- assisting with maintaining and monitoring Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams environments;
- supporting the office building technologies such as access control systems and video surveillance;
- participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support workflows and end-user experience.
What it takes:
- a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk role;
- strong knowledge of Windows client environments;
- being familiar with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Active Directory and willingness to learn;
- understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi);
- strong interpersonal and communication skills – written and spoken, as well as full English proficiency;
- analytical approach, focus on accuracy and outstanding attention to detail;
- team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow;
- being committed to working from our office to achieve best results, through efficiency, direct communication and good relationships with colleagues;
- certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or ITIL Foundation are a nice to have as well as experience in medium-to-large organizations (100+ users).
