As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Business Expert Employee Surveys in our HR Processes and Products team.
We are building a new (cloud) architecture for our HR platforms and need experts who are well-versed in Qualtrics and enjoy redesigning and optimizing our products. In doing so, you will help create an optimal working environment for our employees – for the best time at Commerzbank AG. And you will benefit from it too!
As a specialist in employee surveys, your task is the administration of employee surveys (especially Qualtrics) as well as the coordination of various HR survey projects at our international locations and in Germany. You will help ensure a seamless operation and further develop our Qualtrics-products.
Your tasks:
- Analyzing and coordinating requirements, developing tailored solutions for employee surveys in Qualtrics;
 - Designing and continuously improving the platform setup, including roles and permissions concepts;
 - Supporting the creation of organizational structures for surveys and dashboards;
 - Evaluating new Qualtrics features (e.g., AI tools) for applicability and compliance with regulatory requirements;
 - Implementing new product features and interfaces in close collaboration with the Technical Product Manager;
 - Acting as a key contact for configuring and programming questionnaires and dashboards; develop and maintain training materials;
 - Developing and conducting testing scenarios for platform changes and survey projects;
 - Continuously building expertise in the use and customization of Qualtrics;
 
Your profile:
- Experience with survey tools and their administration; familiarity with Qualtrics or similar systems is desirable, including modules like XM for Employee Experience – People Engage Employees and XM for Employee Experience – People Lifecycle Employees (certifications are a plus).
 - Understanding of technical systems, interface integrations, as well as regulatory and data protection frameworks.
 - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and organizational management is an advantage.
 - Conceptual and analytical mindset, initiative, and ability to quickly adapt to new topics.
 - High affinity for digital tools with openness to agile working methods and continuous learning, even in complex matters.
 - Strong communication skills with very good English proficiency; German skills are a bonus.
