„MVP Computers“ Ltd. is collaborating with several large companies on multiple exciting projects, and we are seeking a SalesForce Developer to strengthen innovative, agile, outcome-focused team of one of long-term partners of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing modern Salesforce architectures using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows & Triggers, Platform Events/CDC, integrations (REST/SOAP), and robust data models across standard & custom objects.
- Take responsibility for our Salesforce solution architecture and contribute to improving it in terms of performance, security , scalability, modularity, and operational efficiency.
- Be involved in inception to delivery of various features and products on an ambitious and challenging Salesforce roadmap (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud).
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with presentations and exposure to tasks that help practice new technologies.
- Create an open communication culture, by being open for feedback and supporting in conflict resolutions.
Mandatory skills:
- Experience (more than 4 years) with Apex / LWC / Flows & Triggers, having built reusable LWC component libraries aligned with SLDS.
- Strong object-oriented programming concepts applied to asynchronous, event-driven Salesforce systems (Queueable/Batchable/Schedulable, Platform Events).
- Good grasp of Apex and modern JavaScript (ES6+) for LWC, including component lifecycle and browser fundamentals.
- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD & DevOps: SFDX, Git, scratch orgs, unpackaged/packaged deployments.
- Extensive knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, data modeling, relationship queries, and governor limits.
- Extensive experience working with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and accessible UI patterns.
- Understanding of common Salesforce architecture (service/domain layers, MVC/MVVM), metadata structure, and release strategies.
- Knowledge of testing on Salesforce.
- Keen eye for architecture and application design patterns (bulkification, separation of concerns, dependency injection).
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
Desirable skills:
- Deep expertise in Apex & LWC (e.g., fflib/apex-common patterns).
- Experience building design-system-driven component libraries with SLDS tokens/utilities.
- Plus if you have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Field Service, or Industries (OmniStudio/Vlocity).
- Solid understanding of data tooling: Data Loader/Bulk API, ETL concepts, and working with external SQL/NoSQL systems via integrations.
- Experience with integrations and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless/functions (Salesforce Functions).
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce GraphQL API and Composite/Batch REST; familiarity with OAuth2/Named Credentials.
- Expertise in designing reliable integrations & event-driven solutions (Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Streaming API, Kafka).
