- Create, process, and execute customer orders for products, projects, and services
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of order data into ERP systems
- Generate and issue invoices in compliance with company policies
- Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support quote preparation and validation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
- Conduct lead generation activities to support sales pipeline development
- Manage long-tail customer accounts to ensure engagement and conversion
- Receive and log customer complaints related to orders, billing, or service
- Assist in preparing periodic reports for performance tracking
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers
- Liaise with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Technicians to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes

Sales Operations Coordinator – Experience managing order processing, supporting sales teams, and handling CRM/ERP systems.
Customer Service Representative (B2B) – Background in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service coordination in a business environment.
Order Management Specialist – Hands-on experience with end-to-end order lifecycle, including data entry, tracking, and fulfilment.
Billing or Invoicing Specialist – Experience in generating, validating, and issuing invoices, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Account Coordinator or Account Executive – Experience managing client relationships, supporting account managers, and ensuring service delivery.
Sales Support Administrator – Exposure to pre-sales activities such as quote preparation, lead qualification, and documentation.
Lead Generation or Inside Sales Representative – Experience identifying and qualifying leads, especially in long-tail customer segments.
Procurement or Supply Chain Assistant – Familiarity with order coordination, vendor communication, and logistics support.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Sales & Marketing
- Finance or Accounting
- Supply Chain Management
- Economics
- Commercial or Industrial Management

- Order Management Systems (OMS) and ERP proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- CRM tools experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Strong verbal and written communication
