For one of our clients – a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Help-Desk Representative
with Dutch or Danish or Turkish or Azerbeidjani.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide first-line support to users in Dutch, Danish, Turkish, or Azerbaijani, ensuring a
positive and trustworthy experience;
*Monitor, review, and respond to user reports or content issues according to platform safety policies;
*Escalate complex cases to senior specialists or technical teams when necessary;
*Maintain accurate documentation of user interactions and case resolutions;
*Contribute to a safe online environment by identifying potential risks, abuse, or policy violations.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Dutch, Danish, Turkish, or Azerbaijani, plus good command of English (spoken and written);
*Strong motivation to start a career in digital trust and online safety;
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset;
*Ability to follow detailed procedures and remain calm in sensitive or repetitive situations;
*Previous experience in customer service, moderation, or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
