Your role in the company
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong ownership and delivery focus to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle – from planning to execution – ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest client satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic environment on data, BI, and analytics projects with leading international clients, collaborating closely with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who combines structure and communication finesse with hands-on execution – a professional who can manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and drive progress in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
Main responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects) and external client stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
- Proactively track progress, identify risks, and manage issues – ensuring effective mitigation and escalation when needed.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including regular status updates, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of internal delivery standards, Agile/Scrum practices, and project management processes.
- Manage project changes and scope adjustments, ensuring impacts are documented, communicated, and approved.
- Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Ensure a seamless handover between project phases, from initiation through go-live and closure.
- Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and estimations for new initiatives (with guidance from senior management).

Essential requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination (preferably in IT, data, or digital transformation domains).
- Proven ability to plan and deliver projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Business proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and structured problem-solving mindset.
Requirements considered an advantage:
- Prior experience with AI, data, BI, or analytics projects.
- Understanding of business processes and how data supports strategic decision-making.
- Background in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Management.
- Exposure to proposal development, client communication, or pre-sales activities.
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master.

The Process
The steps you need to complete:
- Screening – Each resume is personally evaluated by an HR representative based on various criteria. During this initial step only the shortlisted candidates are contacted.
- Test – One or two short online questionnaires taking ≤ 1 hour to complete.
- HR interview – A behavioral interview with a recruiter that takes ≈30 minutes and stresses on motivational and success factors.
- Assignment – Online assignment with strict requirements, testing the expected capabilities and creative thinking.
- Final Interview – Led by the hiring manager for the team, the interview discusses the job requirements and team fit.
