When you join our team, you will:
Collaborate closely with the line maintenance team and central support functions to ensure timely task completion while optimizing logistics costs.
Review and process requests for materials and tools, ensuring their prompt and accurate delivery.
Perform goods receiving inspections and accept parts and tools in the capacity of an authorized storekeeper.
Coordinate the shipment of parts in accordance with internal procedures and customer instructions.
Provide requested information and report on materials and tools to both the line maintenance team and customer representatives.
Actively participate in team and customer meetings, follows up on assigned action items, and communicate clearly with central services, customers, stores, and the tool crib.
Provide input on process improvement initiatives within the scope of warehouse and tooling operations.
Ensure full compliance with established warehouse and tooling procedures within the line maintenance store.
You match our need, if you have:
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in an aviation context.
Technical education, preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aviation.
Solid understanding of related logistics processes, including planning, purchasing, warehousing, and transport.
Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.
Flexible and adaptable to workload fluctuations.
Ability to generate new ideas and identify opportunities for improvement.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Windows; SAP experience (FI/CO module) is a strong advantage.
