For one of our clients – a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Virtual Call Center Agent with Spanish or Romanian or Portuguese or Azerbeidjani.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and provide friendly, professional support;
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving basic issues efficiently;
- Provide clear information about products and services to help clients;
- Record client interactions accurately in the system and keep notes up to date;
- Assist team members with daily tasks and contribute to smooth operations;
- Help improve overall customer satisfaction by delivering reliable support.
Requirements:
- Spanish, Romanian, Portuguese, or Azerbaijani – C1 level;
- English – B2 level, with good written and verbal skills;
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone and email manner;
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus;
- Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus and meeting deadlines;
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn in a team environment.
