As a COGS Finance Analyst, you’ll:
Be at the heart of our supply chain finance operations, ensuring that the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is planned, analyzed, and reported accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with finance, manufacturing, and procurement teams, provide insights on profitability, and contribute to process improvements — all while working in a dynamic, international environment.
Our new team member needs to:
Hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Bring 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain finance (FMCG or multinational experience is a plus)
Have a strong understanding of financial planning & analysis, COGS, and supply chain processes
Ideally be experienced with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Communicate fluently in English (written & verbal)
Show analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
You can be successful in this role if:
You ensure accurate and timely COGS planning and reporting for your country of responsibility
You prepare period-end raw & packaging material analysis and provide meaningful explanations for variances
You collaborate with finance, procurement, planning, and manufacturing teams to provide insights into costs and profitability
You support variance analysis and resolve discrepancies before closing deadlines
You participate in projects such as new product launches, CAPEX investments, and business plan scenarios
You proactively identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and standardization
You deliver high-quality analysis that supports decision-making and business performance
