At Qualifast, we’re a small and highly skilled team based in Sofia, passionate about building high-quality software from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
As part of our team, you will:
- Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full-stack applications
- Contribute to architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions
- Solve complex engineering challenges with creativity and innovation
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces connected to backend systems
- Take end-to-end ownership of the delivery of your work
- Collaborate effectively in agile (and occasionally distributed) teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience building and deploying production-ready applications
- Very good level of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to understand, analyze and solve complex problems
- A mindset focused on optimization, quality, and continuous improvement
- Curious, adaptable, and problem-solving personality
Nice to Have
- Experience with Java & Spring Boot or other backend frameworks/languages
- Experience with frontend development (Angular 2+, React )
- Familiarity with containers (Docker) and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD tools
