For one of our clients – a leading tech company in the gaming sector, offering more than 25 years of exceptional experience worldwide, we are on a lookout for а CRM Executive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the company’s CRM systems and tools, and apply this knowledge to
real business scenarios;
- Manage CRM campaigns from initial brief to full execution, ensuring all deadlines are met;
- Analyze player behavior to create targeted segments and personalized offers;
- Collaborate with technical, QA, customer service, and other cross-functional teams;
- Set up, configure, and implement CRM initiatives in line with the promotional calendar;
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify
improvement opportunities;
- Ensure all website content and customer communications are accurate, compliant, and
regularly updated.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a CRM role within the gambling industry;
- Strong knowledge of both Sports and Casino products, with good understanding of betting
& gaming operations;
- Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of CRM lifecycle activities and best practices;
- Experience working with CRM platforms; familiarity with Optimove is considered an advantage;
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
