For one of our clients – a leading tech company in the gaming sector, offering more than 25 years of exceptional experience worldwide, we are on a lookout for а CRM Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and assist the Head of CRM in daily operations and act as deputy when required,
ensuring seamless team performance;
- Lead and mentor junior executives, fostering a high-performing and collaborative CRM team;
- Manage end-to-end multi-channel CRM campaigns, including quality assurance,
performance tracking, and optimization;
- Develop and implement automated lifecycles to increase customer retention, conversion, and
overall player value;
- Plan and execute promotional calendars and CRM strategies in alignment with stakeholders
and budget targets;
- Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights, track KPIs, and make
recommendations to maximize revenue;
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and
responsible gaming policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of CRM management experience within the online sportsbook and/or
casino industry;
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, lifecycle management, and marketing automation tools;
- Proven ability to convert registered customers into paying players and optimize retention;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, with strong presentation skills across
all organizational levels;
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for
decision-making;
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality work consistently in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with Optimove is desirable.
