Position Overview
- Green Street is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Commercial, Product, and Research teams by building and maintaining high-quality datasets, dashboards, and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on the execution of analytics and reporting, translating complex data into accurate, scalable, and well-structured Power BI dashboards and analytical assets.
- The BI Analyst will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Data Engineering to ensure reporting is reliable, consistent, and aligned to business needs. This role is ideal for an analytically strong, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working hands-on with data and delivering trusted reporting that supports both operational and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards used across Product, Commercial, and executive audiences, including board-level and leadership reporting
- Develop and maintain clean, reliable, and well-documented datasets and data models in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into clear reporting requirements and analytical outputs
- Monitor and validate data quality by implementing automated checks and other controls to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting
- Track and evolve key metrics and KPIs that help teams identify system, process, and customer-experience improvement opportunities
- Analyze product usage, customer engagement, and operational data to surface meaningful trends and support internal reporting
- Identify gaps in existing reporting and recommend solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making
- Support the development and enhancement of data tracking and telemetry in partnership with Product and Data Engineering
- Maintain and refine KPIs and performance metrics that enable teams to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with analysts across Revenue Operations and Finance to ensure consistent definitions, metrics, and reporting standards
- Uncover customer usage patterns and business performance trends that enable truly data-driven decisions across Green Street
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for Snowflake and Power BI, helping stakeholders understand and fully leverage available reporting resources
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, data, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting in Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including data modelling, query optimization, and working with large-scale datasets
- Advanced Excel skills, preferably with Power Pivot
- Experience with Python or R
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or equivalent
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to navigate ambiguous data challenges and produce accurate, actionable reporting
- Familiarity with statistical or econometric concepts and applying them to real-world datasets is a plus
- Experience supporting product or usage-based analytics is a plus
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Familiarity with advanced analytics (AI, predictive modelling, machine learning)
- Degree in a quantitative field such as STEM, economics, or statistics
The current offer
- Hybrid working model – 2 days per week – home office, 3 days per week (Monday – Wednesday) in our office at Polygraphia Office Center, Sofia, Bulgaria
- Working hours – 11 am – 8 pm EEST with flexibility ( in the office days) – you need to work with our West Coast US tech team. 9 am – 6 pm (2 days/week)
