About the role
This time we’re building something new!
We’re assembling a brand-new DevOps team to support one of our major customers – a mature and tech-savvy enterprise working with cutting-edge data center technologies.
We are looking for Mid and Senior level Network Support Engineers to grow and thrive with us!
* The positions are suitable for candidates from all over Bulgaria!
Daily challenges
- Leading deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support;
- Planning and implementing normal, standard, or emergency changes within the applicable technology platform that you are responsible for;
- Proactively anticipating issues or situations which impact the service quality;
- Participating in Projects and Problem Management lifecycle activities;
- Building good awareness of the customers’ business and environment, supporting processes and adopting new technologies;
- Participating in on-call duty shift schedule.
eXperience and skills required
- Min. 3 years (Mid level) and min. 5 years (Senior level) of hands-on experience in network engineering or network support;
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switching platforms and willingness to quickly learn, certify and support Cisco ACI solutions;
- Practical experience with Enterprise wireless technologies, such as Cisco 9800 controllers and Cisco 9120/9130 access points;
- Solid knowledge of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, STP, etc.);
- F5 BigIP Load Balancers (including LTM, ASM modules);
- Good communication and documentation abilities;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field;
- Fluency in English.
What we will consider as an advantage:
- Cisco CCNP and/or other equivalent network certification;
- Knowledge of Firewall technologies (Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet);
- Experience in scripting and automation (e.g. Terraform, Python, Ansible, GitLab or similar tools);
- Meinberg NTP management, Infoblox – DNS/DHCP;
- Experience in enterprise environments or large-scale network operations;
- Familiarity with DevOps model and ITIL processes.
