Site Manager for Energy Projects

We are looking for a Site Manager for Energy Projects.
To oversee and coordinate on-site activities for our solar installations.
The successful candidate will ensure project goals are met on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities at the project site, ensuring efficient and timely progress;
Manage on-site teams, including fitters, electricians, contractors, and subcontractors;
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring all workers adhere to industry and company standards;
Conduct site inspections to ensure that installations meet technical specifications, quality standards, and client expectations;
Manage on-site resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, to avoid delays;
Provide regular updates to project managers on progress, challenges, and resolutions;
Address and resolve on-site issues, from equipment malfunctions to team coordination challenges;
Act as the on-site representative for the client, inspectors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations;
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
Experience as a fitter, installer, or technician in solar projects or a similar industry;
Experience in managing large-scale solar installations is highly desirable;
Familiarity with solar PV systems, mounting structures, and electrical components;
Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for installation;
Understanding of basic electrical systems and mechanical principles;
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings;
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments;
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely;
English language skills are considered an advantage;
Active Driving License – cat. B;
