Responsibilities:
- Meet new hires and make sure they sign the proper on-boarding set of documentation;
- Process new hires’ information and documentation;
- Complete the hiring process of new joiners in the internal systems;
- Provide guidance and assistance to complete the online hiring process of new joiners;
- Ensure the new joiners provide all the mandatory documentation;
- Prepare employment reports upon request;
- Prepare employment contracts;
- Support the new hires’ workflow and work along with other company departments;
- Work in compliance with the Bulgarian Labour legislation and Company rules.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Bulgarian Labour legislation;
- University Degree in HR or business-related studies;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite;
- Advanced spoken and written English;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Previous experience in the field of Payroll/HR will be considered as an advantage.
