What you’ll do
Core responsibilities (80% of your time):
- Ship AI automation that matters: Build LLM-powered tools for document classification, extraction, and intelligent processing that save teams hours daily
- Create AI copilots: Develop assistants that help our finance, operations, and customer support teams work smarter
- Connect the dots: Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, unstructured docs) to create unified intelligence layers
- Own your impact: Identify automation opportunities, build solutions, and measure real business outcomes
As you grow in the role:
- Build semantic search and RAG pipelines to make our knowledge instantly accessible
- Develop anomaly detection for financial and operational data
- Create a knowledge graph connecting insights from production to marketing
- Lead your own AI team as we scale!
What makes you a great fit
Must-haves:
- 1+ years building AI/ML solutions that made it to production
- Strong Python skills and software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) in real applications
- Track record of translating technical work into business impact
- Comfort with the full ML lifecycle: data → model → deployment → monitoring
Bonus points for:
- Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms
- RAG implementations and vector databases
- Knowledge graphs or semantic technologies
- Forecasting or optimization models
- Small team leadership experience
