Meet and welcome guests and visitors of the company
Issue visitor badges, temporary badges and ensure compliance with all security rules
Administration of the access control and surveillance systems
Answer and forward phone calls and requests
Ensure the proper appearance of the entrance building and report any damages/problems to the superior
Prepare documents required for issuing airport badges
Mail handling and distribution
Administrating meeting rooms bookings
Security related administrative tasks
