Analyze and improve tools and processes to boost efficiency and align with cross-department standards
Identify automation potential, build business cases, and implement RPA solutions locally and in the LTLS network
Research and apply future-fit methods to enhance service delivery, with focus on RPA, digitalization, and innovation
Monitor RPA performance, resolve user issues, and provide 1st-level technical support and process change handling
Promote and scale automation and optimization initiatives across the LTLS international network
Lead digitalization and innovation projects within LCS and MFM products
Collaborate globally on development and implementation of new and existing systems
Build or support low-code Microsoft Power Platform applications
You match our need, if you have:
University degree in economics, business, engineering, or IT
Min. 4 years of relevant professional experience
Able to work in international teams with strong social skills
Diligent, independent, and systematic working style
Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
High digital literacy with a “digital-first” mindset
Strong knowledge of process automation and RPA tools (UiPath)
Skilled in business analysis, data handling, and visualization
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications
Passion for innovation, digitalization, and AI trends
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
