For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are
looking for – Customer Support Specialist with English (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact, supporting customers by phone, email, or social media;
*Answer questions about accounts, products, and basic technical issues in telecom services;
*Make every interaction a positive one;
*Track and follow up on open cases until resolved;
*Keep customer details up to date in the system;
*Collaborate with other teams when a case needs extra expertise.
Requirements:
*Strong English skills (spoken and written, including phone conversations);
*Clear and confident communicator, with great listening skills;
*Comfortable with social media and digital tools;
*Friendly, patient, and calm under pressure;
*Customer service or tech support background is a bonus, but not a must.
