Main responsibilities of a Team Leader:

Requirements:
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English language;
- Coaching/Nesting Buddy experience will be considered an advantage;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation and teamwork;
- Excellent customer care and soft skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs etc.), Windows and Internet Applications;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent procedural and games knowledge;
- Result-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility;
- Flexible work time on 8-hour shifts;
