As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Transformation engineer in our Network & Security Infrastructure team.
Your tasks:
- Implementing and establishing together with the key roles in the area (POs, TPMs) operational KPIs and the process of monitoring (incidents, requests, problem and change management);
- Implementing and establishing a clear SPOC for all internal initiatives in his/her area;
- Building up tracking/monitoring of NSI internal initiatives (for the assignment area);
- Defining concrete transformation KPIs for his/her area;
- Embedding the transformation plan into the NSI overarching roadmap;
- Linking the IT strategy to the organization development of NSI;
- Establishing a CoE for project management and methodology best practices;
- Driving agile adoption within the respective area;
- Frequently providing outside views to the cluster (Solution Management) from an organizational point of view;
- Defining and reshaping existing templates for major team-overarching processes;
- Leading and steering internal improvement initiatives;
- Building up an overarching NSI-Cluster dashboard;
- Performing on-demand project tasks for the respective area (initiatives, demand coordination, etc.);
Your profile:
- Proven hands-on experience in project management;
- Excellent knowledge in Agile Methods Scrum and Kanban;
- High level Understanding of the technical aspects relevant to Networking one or more of the below areas: Campus Network (LAN, WLAN, WAN, AAA, NAC etc), Datacenter Network (DC Connectivity, Load balancing, DDI etc.), Security (Firewal services, DDOS, WAF), Network monitoring and asset management;
- Epics and User Stories experience – Definition, coordination and communication of tasks and requirements towards team and stakeholders;
- Customer and stakeholder management expertise.
