The company is currently looking for a Workforce – Team Manager to join their friendly team. If you are curious about this exciting opportunity, then this might be the chance you have been waiting for!
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the team responsible for staff scheduling up to 24 hours before operations;
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant schedule creation and maintenance for the entire portfolio;
• Balance operational needs with employee preferences and cost-efficiency;
• Monitor resource utilization and schedule accuracy;
• Coordinate with Planning, HR, Training, and IT for aligned scheduling processes;
• Drive improvements in scheduling tools, processes, and performance;
• Set team goals, track KPIs, and support team development.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in scheduling/rostering;
• Leadership experience (strong advantage);
• Analytical thinking and strong reporting skills;
• Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent in English; German/French is a plus;
• Expert user of scheduling tools (Knowledge of SP-Expert is a plus);
• Understanding of related systems (HR, Training, Planning tools).
