WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Closely collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to grasp business requirements and transform them into technical solutions
- Providing leadership and guidance to ensure teams align with the designated architectural solutions and adhere to industry best practices
- Actively participating in various stages throughout the software development lifecycle – from design and architecture to production deployment
- Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate and overcome intricate technical challenges
- Developing comprehensive solution architectures from the ground up
- Assessing current software solutions to pinpoint areas requiring improvement
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for architectural decisions, design patterns, and guidelines
- Staying updated with new technologies and creating innovative solutions
- Assessing risks in architectural choices and creating effective strategies to reduce them
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Deep understanding of at least one backend technology: Java, Go, Node.js, or Rust
- Success in designing architectures that led applications to production and active users
- Experience in formulating end-to-end architectural solutions, coupled with precise estimation of team resources and effort
- Strong proficiency in DevOps practices with hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS and Google Cloud Platform
- A thorough grasp of processes within the Software Development Life Cycle
- Passion for resolving complex performance issues and addressing architectural challenges
- Outstanding proficiency in software and application design patterns, best practices in architecting applications
- Clear and effective communication in English, both in writing and verbally

- A previous experience in people management is considered beneficial
- Experience conducting thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback, and guiding team members to foster coding excellence and maintain architectural integrity
