REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a similar position (Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, System Analyst) in software development projects of at least 3 years
- Experience in banking
- Experience in SQL
- Experience with data mapping, data migration, or system integration projects
- Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources
- University degree
ADVANTAGES:
- Certification in Business Analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of UML diagramming notations and tools
- Knowledge of UML diagramming notations and tools
- Experience in SQL is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing data structures, designing mapping logic between systems
- Design and maintain data mapping documents (source-to-target definitions)
- Evaluation of the information gathered from multiple sources
- Analyze customers’ business processes and operations
- Engaging with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements for software products
- Clarify requirements for the needs of design, development, QA and support teams
- Performing an appropriate system gap analysis involves evaluating the differences between the current state of a system (as-is) and the desired future state (to–be).
