About this role
The Head of Marketing Bulgaria leads the local marketing team and drives the country’s marketing strategy. As a key member of the Country Management Team, you are responsible for developing and executing the local marketing strategy in alignment with the overall Country Strategy. This role oversees all areas of marketing, including brand, partnerships, CRM, performance, and country-specific initiatives. The Head of Marketing collaborates closely with centralized marketing teams to drive growth and enhance brand equity in the Bulgarian market.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role
- Lead and mentor a team of local marketing professionals, empowering them to boost brand awareness, preference, and loyalty, ultimately driving orders, customer frequency, and new customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy across channels like TV, online video, social media, and PR.
- Collaborate with global and local teams (Brand, Performance, Retention, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics) to ensure marketing plans are effective, localized, and support commercial goals.
- Drive brand visibility through local activations, last-mile visibility, and partner marketing initiatives.
- Advise senior management on key marketing decisions for the Bulgarian market.
What will you bring to the table:
- Extensive experience in all facets of marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, and channel management (CRM, Performance Marketing).
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional marketing teams and making data-driven media budget decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both Bulgarian and English.
