ServiceNow Product Engineer
Main duties:
As a ServiceNow Product Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing ITSM and ITOM workflows (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Discovery) to meet operational needs, including automations and custom scripting. The role ensures the integrity of the CMDB, manages integrations with third-party systems, and delivers actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Additionally, in this role, you will support platform governance, mentor junior colleagues, and help drive improvements across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including DevOps integration and issue resolution
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- University degree or comparable professional background in a relevant field.
- Solid experience in setting up and customizing ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM functionalities, including key modules like Incident, Change, and Discovery.
- Practical knowledge in building automation processes using ServiceNow-native tools – Flow Designer and Orchestration.
- Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and their effective application to streamline IT operations and service management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve platform-related issues efficiently, ensuring uninterrupted service and system stability.
- Experience in working with external tools and platforms to integrate with ServiceNow, and capable of producing detailed reports and dashboards to support performance tracking.
- Excellent command of the English language – both written and spoken.
