About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Strategic Project Manager & Business Data Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. This role will support data analytics, business case modeling, omnichannel pricing strategies, and coordination of special projects and process harmonization initiatives. While experience in Telco or CPaaS is preferred, we welcome candidates from other industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Finance, to help optimize asset monetization and contribute to organizational transformation. Good project management skills, coordination and communication skills are key for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analytics: Deliver qualitative and quantitative analysis across business platforms, generating actionable insights and formulating strategic recommendations
- Business Case Modeling: Assist in business case modeling, including creating, completing, and following up on financial models in collaboration with Finance to track asset monetization and performance
- Omnichannel Pricing: Coordinate omnichannel pricing activities, ensuring consistency and alignment across platforms
- Special Projects & Process harmonization initiatives: Coordinate special projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals
- Process Mapping & Harmonization: Support process mapping and process harmonization efforts to drive operational efficiency and standardization across teams
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders (Across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product) to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
- Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation to support strategic initiatives and ongoing analysis
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide support for ad-hoc analytical requests as required
Skills and Competencies
- Analytical: Strong ability to deliver qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesize findings, and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Presentation: Ability to deliver simple and impactful presentations to stakeholders
- Project & Program Management: Experience in project and program management, defining and tracking program roadmaps to ensure timely execution
- Process Mapping & Harmonization: Proficient in process mapping and process harmonization, driving operational improvements across functions
- Finance Acumen: Strong finance acumen is a must, with the ability to interpret financial data, work on business case models, and align financial goals with business objectives
- People: Ability to moderate workshops, build network and trust relationships with stakeholders, and communicate effectively across teams
- Affinity for GenAI & Automation: A strong interest in and experience with Generative AI tools and automation technologies to drive business efficiency and innovation
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis in Consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong finance acumen, with hands-on experience in business case modeling and financial analysis
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and automation technologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Telco or CPaaS industries
- Familiarity with financial modeling, pricing strategies, and business transformation projects
- Experience in process mapping and process harmonization
- Experience managing or coordinating special projects or transformation initiatives
- Proficiency with SQL or other data query languages
