Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will contribute to the development and expansion of the service ensuring excellent customer service and efficient administration.
- Ensuring that all potential and current clients are dealt with in a professional manner and that all client needs are satisfied to the best of our business ability.
The position is a mixture of speaking with customers, database entry, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English is a must – both written and spoken
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
