What is your new role:
- providing 24/7 technical assistance to security professionals in installation, configuration and troubleshooting for both hardware and software solutions – please note, that you will be working on shift schedule, including standard, night and evening shifts.
- troubleshooting and solving technical problems (varying in complexity) without escalation level – you are end-to-end responsible for solving the majority of your cases.
- documenting cases and key takeaways, contributing to the internal knowledge base to improve our customer experience and problem management processes.
- testing live and pre-release products to evaluate and find potential tight spots.
- we will be responsible to provide you with extensive training and sufficient knowledge of our product lines and infrastructure, so that you will be fully prepared to face clients’ cases and solve their issues.
What it takes:
- a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification – technical background or electronics.
- experience in a customer-facing role or you are willing to learn.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills – written and spoken, as well as full English proficiency.
- analytical approach, focus on accuracy and outstanding attention to detail.
- being committed to working from our office to achieve best results, through efficiency, direct communication and good relationships with colleagues.
