What You’ll be Doing:
As an Oracle Cloud IAM Application Support Engineer, you will manage and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions in Oracle Cloud environments. You’ll ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of applications on Kubernetes, troubleshoot IAM issues, and optimize processes. Additionally, you’ll lead the design and implementation of Oracle Identity Cloud Service solutions to manage user identities and access across applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance.
On a typical day, you’ll:
Provide functional and technical support for IAM applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance of systems running on Kubernetes;
Monitor application performance and stability within Kubernetes environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes;
Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and implement IAM best practices across cloud applications;
Manage incidents related to IAM services, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of issues in accordance with ITIL processes;
Assist in the administration of user identities, roles, and permissions within Oracle Identity Cloud Service, ensuring compliance with security policies;
Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and process workflows.
What You Bring to the Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;
2+ years of experience in IAM or application support, ideally in Oracle Cloud;
Fluency in Finnish and English;
Strong knowledge of Oracle IDCS, OAM, OIM, and SSO configurations;
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (OKE), OCI, and automation scripting (Python/Bash);
Familiar with IAM protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect;
Skilled with tools like Terraform, Git, Helm, kubectl, JIRA, and LDAP;
Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and documentation standards.
Additional Skill Sets:
Experience with Ansible, ServiceNow, OpsRamp, and Oracle/PostgreSQL databases;
Oracle or IAM-related certifications;
DevOps knowledge: Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
