What You’ll be Doing:
As a Systems Monitoring Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence.
On a typical day, you’ll:
Proactively monitor customer IT environments 24/7, identifying and addressing issues before they escalate;
Respond to support requests, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution;
Manage customer expectations with professionalism and clear communication;
Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely follow-up;
Contribute to internal process improvements and quality initiatives;
Support internal tools and automation efforts to enhance monitoring capabilities;
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Role:
University degree or in process of obtaining;
At least 1 year of experience in a customer support environment;
Fluency in English or German, both written and spoken;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to follow structured processes and adapt to dynamic situations;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and regions.
