The Role
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who will take a central role in shaping the design vision for online casino and gaming products. You’ll be responsible for building intuitive interfaces, establishing design systems, and driving a strong user-centered culture across teams. This is a hands-on position that blends creativity, strategy, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for seamless user experiences.
Define and execute a long-term design strategy, driving innovation and design thinking across the organization.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product experiences.
Establish and evolve design standards, document processes, and conduct design reviews.
Utilize user research, usability testing, and analytics to make data-informed design decisions.
Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring accessibility and engagement across devices.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 3 years in senior or lead roles within the casino or gaming industry.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience building and maintaining design systems.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual design, and responsive/mobile-first design.
Ability to translate business goals into elegant, user-friendly design solutions.
Experience in guiding design processes from concept to pixel-perfect delivery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in stakeholder collaboration.
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and current UI trends.
Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
A portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact digital design work.
