The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET / React) to join a growing Professional Services team. You’ll contribute to the design and implementation of scalable web applications, build new product features, and help maintain existing systems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
This role requires a proactive engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring others, and following best coding practices.
Your Main Responsibilities
Develop new functionalities and maintain existing systems using .NET and React.
Participate in the design, architecture, and implementation of new projects.
Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Collaborate closely with other developers and technical leads.
Conduct technical analysis to identify alternative solutions and optimizations.

Onboard new team members and share knowledge effectively.
Write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation.
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies.
At least 3 years of practical experience with React.js and CSS.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core (7+), Entity Framework Core, and API development.
Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and microservice architecture.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Proven experience in code reviews and maintaining coding standards.
Familiarity with REST, HTTP, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and WebSockets.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
Experience working with ElasticSearch and Kibana for monitoring and analysis.
Nice to Have
Experience with versioning and deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of container orchestration or distributed systems.
Team-oriented mindset and mentoring experience.
