We are looking for a Regular Business Analyst to join our growing team.
As a Business Analyst in our AI Services team, you are the critical bridge between our clients’ ambitious business goals and the tangible value of our AI solutions. You will lead client-facing discovery, analyze complex business processes, and define the precise requirements that shape our rapid Proof of Value (PoV) engagements. You will be the voice of the client and the voice of the business, working side-by-side with Project Managers and AI Engineers to ensure the solutions we build are feasible, valuable, and perfectly aligned with the client’s strategic needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Independently plan and facilitate high-stakes discovery workshops (Phase 1) with senior client stakeholders to identify business needs and define the precise scope for AI Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
- Rapidly learn and analyze a client’s business domain, processes, and strategic objectives to identify the highest-value use cases for AI implementation, distinguishing between symptoms and root problems.
- Create and manage clear, high-quality requirements artifacts, including „As-Is“ and „To-Be“ process flows (BPMN), detailed user stories, and unambiguous acceptance criteria. You will lead this effort in our collaborative toolset, primarily Figma, Figjam, JIRA and Miro.
- Own and manage the requirements backlog throughout the 3-4 week rapid PoV lifecycle (Phase 2), ensuring traceability, managing scope, and driving alignment within a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Define and manage the Solution Assessment and Validation plan, guiding the client through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and confirming that the PoV solution meets all defined business objectives and success criteria.
- Serve as the primary requirements communication bridge between clients and the technical team. You will confidently manage stakeholder expectations, navigate ambiguity, and ensure a shared understanding across all parties.
- Provide a strong, evidence-based voice in solution design. You will analyze client data sources to inform requirements, identify patterns, and contribute directly to the business case for follow-on engagements by linking PoV outcomes to tangible ROI.
- Actively partner with the Project Manager to shape the project plan, co-own requirements-related risks, the estimation efforts, requirements backlog management, team management, and project execution.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar requirements-focused role, ideally within a software services or consulting organization.
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience in planning and leading discovery workshops with diverse stakeholders. You must be confident in front of clients.
- Strong ability to create clear and concise business models (process flows, user stories, etc.). High proficiency with modern collaborative tools like Figma, Figjam, JIRA, and/or Miro is essential.
- A solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and practical experience managing a backlog within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- A strong foundation in data analysis. You must be comfortable analyzing data to find insights, not just documenting what stakeholders say. Experience in contributing to business cases or conducting strategy analysis (e.g., SWOT, current/future state) is required.
- Exceptional business communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to articulate complex ideas simply and build relationships with authority and empathy.
- A proven „quick study“ with the ability to rapidly learn new business domains and technical concepts.
- Experience working with clients in the Middle East is highly desirable. You must demonstrate a strong understanding of (or a high aptitude for) relationship-driven business cultures and data privacy sensitivities.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and platforms (e.g., cloud AI services, RAG, LLMs) or data-centric projects.
- PPA professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSPO) is a significant advantage.
- Experience in a fast-paced consulting or PoV/prototype-driven environment.
- Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is a major plus.
- A strong interest in or prior experience with project management, including managing timelines, tracking risks, and ensuring successful project execution.
- A demonstrated ability to coordinate or distribute tasks for a small team, aligning individual strengths with project needs.
- Familiarity with the basic principles of Fixed Price and Time & Material project models.
